iLANs technicians are trained to evaluate computer systems, and pinpoint the bottleneck (s) within few minutes, then report to the customer any recommendation based on the following considerations:

• Guaranteed tangible improvement on system's functionality, speed and stability.
• Replacement parts are carefully selected and tested for full compatibility with existing hardware, OS and Software.
• Selected  parts are also evaluated for the best value for money.
• Upgrades are sought to eliminate any need for another upgrade in the foreseen future, unless planned for.
• Data security will be evaluated, any risk of losing data, settings or installed software will be presented clearly to the customer along with contingency plan and recovery procedures prior to commencing any modifications on the system.
